Q: What happened?
A: Financial hardships at this location.
Q: Why the last minute move?
A: Knockout believed they would have a new location by May. However, things didn't go as planned and now we are in a delay. Knockout wanted to keep the gym open for the members as long as possible.
Q: Will I be charged for May?
A: No, you will not be charged for May and any furhter time we are not in operation.
Q: I signed a contract and I wish not to continue my membership. Will I be held to the contract?
A: No, we are releasing contracts for those who wish not to continue their membership.
Q: I want to cancel. What do I do?
A: Knockout understands the inconvenience caused. Again, we apologize and we are not binding anyone to their contract. Please email your request.
Q: Where do I train in the meantime?
A: We are currently working on this matter. In the meantime, we have provided contact information of our trainers (independant contractors) for you to train with at their various locations.
Q: I have prepaid my membership. I no longer want to be a member. Reimbursment?
A: Knockout has every interest in pro-rating all paid-in-full contracts within the past 6 months (November 1, 2007 through May 2, 2008). Please email your request.
